Oliver Breidenbach - CEO, Boinx Software

Oliver Breidenbach is co-founder and CEO of Boinx Software a Macintosh developer that concentrates on making images easy to work with. Oliver has been in love with Apple products since playing on the first Apple computer in Europe back in 1976."Boinx Software reflects my passion for creative tools that make the most of technology and are easy and fun to use at the same time," he says. Apart from his duties as CEO, Oliver oversees the marketing efforts for Boinx. He joins us to talk about some of his latest software goodies.


Steve Crouch, CEO, IRIDAS USA

Steve Crouch has a 20+ career in post-production hardware and software with companies such as Panasonic Broadcast and Avid. IRIDAS is headquartered in Munich, with a legacy of engineering expertise to streamline production and post production workflows from onset to finishing, and is making stereoscopic moviemaking an everyday reality. This week, we talk with him about his company and the industry's fascination with 3D video.


Geoff Stedman - Senior VP, Marketing and Business Development, Omneon

Geoff Stedman is Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Omneon and joined the company in April 2003. Stedman has responsibility for the entire corporate marketing and business development functions and provides overall leadership for the company's new business initiatives, corporate positioning and corporate communications. Omneon was one of the first companies to create broadcast playout servers that supported QuickTime files. They've since expanded from broadcast networks to corporate sites and houses of worship. Geoff joins us to explain how playout servers can help us to distribute our videos.


Bruce Nazarian - The Digital Guy

Bruce Nazarian, The Digital Guy, has a checkered past.  At one time, he was a much-requested sideman in Detroit at the height of the Motown era. Now, he’s a music producer and host of his own jazz radio program. He’s also a regular on The Buzz and a great guy. Last week, we were talking about production music, so this week, we invited Bruce to give us his perspective on the whole issue of production music and how it’s used in post-production.
