Join host Larry Jordan and co-host Michael Horton as they talk with:

Tom Bennett and Dana Tower, Co-founders, Pond5

Pond5 has, arguably, the world’s largest stock media marketplace. Earlier this week, they launched a new library and service dedicated to media producers. Specifically, they added over 5 million stock photos and vector illustrations to its collection, as well as a full range of sound effects, production music tracks, and After Effects motion graphics templates. This week, we talk to Pond5 co-founders Tom Bennett and Dana Tower about the best ways to view, select, and purchase stock media.

Bill Macomber, Founder, Fancy Film Post Production

Bill Macomber, founder of Fancy Film Post Production, just bought himself a new Nucoda HD System. Fancy Film has been shifting even more into the finishing side of post-production. So they invested in a Nucuda HD, a high-end finishing system and have been on-lining festival-bound documentaries and a History Channel series. Bill talks with us about the complexities of finishing films and television and what pitfalls producers can avoid to ensure their deliverables are up to standard.

Rick Clarkson, Vice-president, Product Management, Signiant

Signiant has developed a software system that transfers files from one place to another faster than normal. Much, much faster, and more securely, than the standard Internet. And, you don’t need to invest in alien spacecraft, dirac communications, or other hardware to make it happen. If you need to move files, fast AND secure, whether across the globe or around the neighborhood, you’ll be interested in what Rick Clarkson, VP of Product Management for Signiant, has to say.

Philip Hodgetts,

Philip Hodgetts, CEO of Intelligent Assistant and our resident tech wizard, joins us to provide a preview of what to expect at this year’s NAB. However, and we haven’t told Philip, we have a recording of what he previewed last year – so we can check to see how well his predictions turned out. Either way, you’ll want to hear what Philip has to say — before you make the trip to Las Vegas.

You can’t find people or interviews like this anywhere else! It’s another fascinating show.
It’s all the information you need now to know what’s coming next!
