Russo Anastasio, President, Shapeshifter

Russo Anastasio is the President of Shapeshifter, a LA-based post house. Recently, Shapeshifter used Blackmagic Design’s Teranex and DaVinci Resolve to finish the Mel Brooks PBS documentary, “Make a Noise.” Their work included handling all of the color correction and conversions for the documentary, including the conversion of archival footage from five decades of Mel’s work. This week, we find out how well the process worked.

Bob Kovacs, Editor, Government Video magazine

Government Video Expo 2013 is just around the corner and Bob Kovacs, Editor of Government Video magazine gives us a look at what we can expect. As long as we are chatting, we want to find out the impact of the federal shutdown on government video channels, as well as get his take on why trade shows are relevant in this age of the Internet.

Jerome Courshon, Film Distribution Expert, The Secrets to Film Distribution

Jerome Courshon is one of today’s leading experts in independent film distribution. He teaches a course, “The Secrets to Distribution: Get Your Movie Distributed Now,” to both neophyte and established Producers & Directors. This week, we learn how to take the guesswork out of distributing a film.

Patrick Sculley, CEO, Pixelflow

Patrick Sculley is Founder and CEO of PixelFlow, a hosted service that allows content creators to share, review and deliver video online. Their recent announcement of PixelFlow Air caught our eye at the recent DV Expo, so we invited Patrick on the show to tell us more about it.
