Todd Weaver, CEO of ivi.TV launched his new website – ivi.TV – last week and was immediately bombarded by Cease & Desist orders from every media company on the planet. The National Association of Broadcasters accused him of copyright infringement. Yet, all ivi.TV has done is retransmit broadcast television signals on the Internet, while paying license royalties according to the law. So, this week, ivi.TV counter-sued.
