Frank Radice, creative advisor for Thought Development, was formerly the president and chief marketing officer for the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS). Recently, he started working with Thought Development to create ON-AIR Pro, a leading workflow automation system for Network and Cable television and Film and Gaming media promotion. This new software is the only production tracking system developed exclusively for and by entertainment marketing, designed to manage the on-air promotion processes. It integrates all phases of program scheduling and promo production from initial creative briefs to a final media delivery. It sounds good on their website, but what does it do, really?
